ALWAYSERVICEcontrols and determines the purposes and means of personal data processing and is responsible for the collection and use of personal data on paper and electronic media.
The provision of your personal data is entirely voluntary. Refusal to provide them is grounds for ALWAYSERVICE to refuse registration.
The security and proper use of personal data is extremely important for both our customers and ALWAYSERVICE. That is why it is important for us that customers understand why and how we process their personal information. After logging in to the ALWAYSERVICE website, selecting the "Registration" menu, the customer must accept and agree to these terms. Otherwise the client is not entitled to use the registration.

What data we process
Technical data for the client: e-mail, browser, operating system, for the device (computer, tablet, phone) with which the client views the electronic page, data for the settings of certain parameters, which are selected by the clients or applied by default and used for management of certain functionalities
Non-technical customer data: name, surname, telephone, country, district, city / village, address, postal code
Audience measurement analytics: third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics) that help us measure traffic, performance, and trends in page usage. These tools collect information that is sent from the client device. Analytical data for audience measurement are summarized together with the data of other applicants in a way that does not allow the identification of an individual user.
How we collect personal data
You provide your personal data through the ALWAYSERVICE website www.alwayservice.eu, the Registration form.
In most cases, the data is collected directly by the customer, but sometimes the data is generated by using the website.
How we process personal data
Your personal data is used by the employees of ALWAYSERVICE for the purposes of processing and delivery of orders.
Your personal data is used to comply with statutory obligations and legal rights and interests of ALWAYSERVICE.
Your personal data is used for inquiries by government institutions.
Categories of persons to whom we disclose personal data
Personal data shall be disclosed only to processors, employees pre-appointed by ALWAYSERVICE on the basis of a written agreement. They may not process the personal data provided to them for purposes other than the performance of the work assigned to them by the Agency.
Personal data may be disclosed to third parties, institutions or organizations in cases where the disclosure is by virtue of explicit regulations such as court, prosecutor's office, investigation, Ministry of Interior and others.

Personal data may be disclosed to courier companies.
How long we store personal data
ALWAYSERVICE retains personal data of customers for as long as necessary to achieve the objectives set out in this privacy policy or to comply with legal requirements. In order to fulfill our obligations arising from the legislation, data about a customer are stored for a period of 10 years from their collection.
How we protect personal data
The provided personal data will be stored by ALWAYSERVICE under the statutory special protection measures. In accordance with the requirements of the current legislation and good practices, ALWAYSERVICE takes the necessary technical and organizational measures to keep the personal data of the applicants safe.
Applicants' rights
Right of access to personal data concerning you, including the right to information about the source of the data, the purposes of the processing and the third parties to whom the data have been disclosed;
The right to withdraw your consent at any time when the data is processed on the basis of your consent;
The right to update or correct your personal data so that it is always accurate;
The right to request the deletion of your personal data in the presence of the prerequisites provided by law;
The right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in the presence of the prerequisites provided by law, for example when you have disputed the accuracy of your personal data, for a period that allows us to verify their accuracy;
The right to receive your personal data in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format and to request the transfer of this data to another controller of personal data, if technically feasible;
Applicants have the right to submit complaints and alerts to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) in case they believe that the Agency violates the legislation on personal data protection. The instructions for filing complaints are published on the CPDP website. Applicants may also lodge complaints with other supervisory authorities of the European Union, as provided for in EU Regulation 2016/697 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016;
